CHITRAKA (Plumbago zeylanica ):

A drug commonly mistaken for black pepper and is known as false black pepper, has a lot of benefits and is widely used in Ayurvedic supplements. DOSAGE:
Adults: At bedtime, around 10-15 gms is considered ideal, followed by a glass of warm milk.
